I am sure you want to know how's going. So, my husband found a Job in OHIO and is living there over two months now. He comes visit for the Holidays only. We put the house up for SALE and I took a part time Job over the Holiday Season! They announced yesterday, they don't need us any longer, so I am again without a Job.

So long we are all healthy and together as a family, I won't give up! Otherwise we do well....

Crepes?? No, I didn't make any, since I closed the doors on my Dream! Don't know when I will be making them again.

We CLOSED the Doors today !

After 10 months having my Restaurant, I have to close the doors. Thank you so much for all the people today, who came, enjoyed and gave us one of the best Compliments. I am sorry to close, but hope that all of you who likes Crepes, did experiance some of mine and enjoyed it in fullest. I will keep you posted, if I will open an other little Creperie in the future???...
For the moment, I will be selling my Crepe/and Buckwheat-Mixes on line and order by phone. People who asked me for this and bought already the Mix, I wanted to thank you so much for the idea and the possibility to get my Crepes out there.... :)

Now I am getting ready to go to San Diego and hopefully make my decission what's next...??

We are selling all the Restaurant Chairs, and Bistro Patio Sets, and Plates etc. So let me know if someone wants to purchase anything. We will be selling on the 30/31st of August at the Restaurant!

Thursday August 18th CLOSED!

We are going to be closed for an event of the Faith Community Church! The Ladies are going to enjoy a nice luncheon !!

We are going to be closed today the 28th of July. Open on Friday 29th from 11:00-2:00, Saturday 30est 11:00 - 5:00, Sunday 31st 10:00 - 2:00. The SAME NEXT WEEK!

Friday 5th of August: 11:00 - 2:00
Saturday 6th August: 11:00 - 5:00
Sunday 7th of August: 10:00 - 2:00

No Dinner this week and the whole next week!

Funny Ladies!

A couple nights ago, I was on my way out the door and met three Ladies at the elevator door. They all asked me the same time, if the Restaurant would be open? It was 8:45 PM!! I told them, I was the owner and we closed at 8pm. They looked so sad and dissapointed and went to the Ladiesroom. When I got to my car to drop off the bags, I felt bad for them. So I turned around and went back upstairs and went in the Bathroom and told them: Ladies are you serious about trying my Crepes out so late in the night? They all were soo happy and didn't wanna believe me, that I would open the doors for them. They couldnt get any where in, in any of the other Restaurants, since every one had a privat party etc.?? And for over 2 hours they were looking for something to eat. When I opened the door, 3 other people came in! So I switched everything back on and made ALL of them Savory Crepes and Sweet Crepes and Salades ect. when the young boy was done, he oredered some more Crepes and was in owe, how much he liked it. He said he wants to become a food critic! The three Ladies ordered Wine and more Crepes and had a fun time, you could tell!
That was worth it, the companie alone was nice and very pleasant, after a hard day of work! I am greatful to people like that, they enjoy life and good food and are very HAPPY.

I wonder how long it's going to stay like this hot?? The weather and economy is killing our business!! :(

CHEESE FONDUE will no longer be served for the Hot Season!!

We closed the Fondue Room for the Summer and will not serve the hot, melted, delicious Cheese in this Heat and Humidity. We still can make the Chocolate Fondue, even on the Patio in a nice hot summer night!!

Have a nice warm Summer time and see you in the Fall/Winter again .... (cheese speaking) lol.

Yes, it's true, due to fraud, we no longer accept GROUPON.
It's sad that people are duplicating (copying) their Groupon!! And then they tip on the left over Bill (with Deduction made)!!!

I still have to get over Mothers day! What a Day! We had Reservations made and we didn't want to take more guest than planed. BUT, since we had one bigger Party cancel that morning, we decided to get some Walk Ins!! I don't know if I should say that was a mistake, but we were sooo busy, we did have a hard time to keep up with every ones order. Sorry for that. We ended up to take Walk Ins the whole day!! Ooohhhoohh...
I have to apologize who ever had to wait longer than 40 min. We are New in that too and hoped to serve everyone on time Crepes, which are different than you are used to (IHOP, ect.)

One thing is sure, if you wanna enjoy our Crepes and have it served fresh and warm and out of this Area without the STRESS, then our Creperie is the right Place to go and enjoy. Please keep the Stress out of your Life and remember, we all live only ones and a short time on this Earth. We probably end up one Day all in one Place only and together.

The other thing is, I am very surprised how people treat other people? What gives them the right to treat them so different, what makes then different from each other???? Especially, when you have no idea where that person comes from and what she/he is?? I love the Shows on TV, where the Millionaires go in disguise and live with the people they are not so fortunate, or when the Boss works with his workers and the hidden Cameras??!! Think about this, who do we really deal with here, is it a waiter, waitress, or is it a wealthy Person from next door, or what did this person go through in life? Or or or?

What I try to say to my kids, treat everyone the same, with kindness and respect, you never know?
....
I am sure, you out there knows exactly who and what I am talking about. I am really surprised, the way you treated my staff and your surrounding neighbours, probably even your own friends!!

It's again going to rain!!!
I wanted to do the Patio and get it ready?? No idea when I will be able to do that now with this Spring Weather. I will keep you posted, when the Deck will be READY.

Hope the Weather will permit to finish up the Patio. I will be finally putting in the Flowers and paint the Flowerpots, Fence etc. The Umbrellas are waiting to put up and then, LET'S PARTY!! lol.

We will be making more Salads and Sandwiches!! We are stopping soon with the FONDUE and taking ONLY Reservations!! There will be no more RACLETTE until Fall again! When it gets warm, nobody really wants any melted hot cheese!! The Chocolate Fondue is still available!!!!!!!
