How much colder will it get??? It's so slow for this month of February!! At least I am getting out there to my customers and can have a nice chat with them. lol. I met this week the nicest people ever. The ones they come, do enjoy my food so much, that's why I like doing what I am doing. I wanna please everyone of my customers....
One thing I have to explain though, when the crepe is a little cold, that's because its freshly made on the Crepemaker and it goes out instantly on the plate. WE DON'T USE MICROWAVES TO HEAT UP OUR FOOD, like in a lot of Restaurants you have the Crepes made ahead, stapled up a foot high, and taken of that pile and filled and put inside the Microwave oven to heat them up!!! That's why theirs is served much hotter than mine are! I hope that explained some of the questions about my crepes. I tried to keep the plates hot, but then you have the problem the crepes sticking to the plates ..... The importance about my food is, it's fresh, homemade, organic and no preserves or CORN SYRUP.
Yesterday my Walk in Freezer gave up!! It's a old Walk in Freezer.... So thank God for the Cold February Month, I am using the Outside as a Freezer (like in the Old Days, in the Mountains). Today I am getting a new one, but a small one, since I don't use it anyway so much. If I can afford an Ice maker, that will have to happen in Spring ( I hope).
